At EVS NZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn fashion items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship to EVS NZ

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized New Zealand Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
